The World Anaesthesia Day Conference is scheduled to be held on 16th & 17th October 2021. The theme for this year's conference is

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic this will be a virtual conference and will be an extraordinary experience. One can safely say that the demonstration by Dr WTG Morton on 16 October 1846 was the defining moment for anaesthesia. A new speciality was born. A hundred and fifty years down the line, our young speciality has witnessed astonishing transformation in terms of equipment and techniques. The standard of anaesthesia care is now refined to the peak of safety. A gawky newcomer has emerged a gorgeous beauty! And we invite you to be a part of this celebration. This conference promises to involve you in a veritable plethora of scientific sessions, panel discussions, orations, case discussions and presentation of research papers; and all this in the presence of an experienced and knowledgeable faculty from our country and abroad.
